A Good Group of Friends, A.C. (UBGA) develops two-pronged programs, social UBGA and economic UBGA, which contribute to improving people's quality of life. We carry out social impact activities trying to generate a change to improve our communities with an influence on values that help the integral development and life situations of people. At UBGA Social we carry out activities to bring localities of high marginalization and difficult access, first and second level medical care as well as specialty (mammography, optometry, colposcopy, among others); give health promotion workshops to children and adults where they deal with issues of disease prevention, eating habits, self-examination, cleaning, dental care and sports activation and carry out actions in the provision of services for the care of groups disabled people, providing necessary instruments for their rehabilitation, emotional and social psychological help; through delivery to those who require the use of orthoses such as wheelchairs, crutches, canes, lenses and crutches. At UBGA Economico, we promote activities for the development of self-employment, job training and social orientation, through professional and specialized training and mentoring. In order to fulfill our objectives, the members of UBGA share the values of Love for Mexico, Self-education, Appreciation of Life and Self-esteem. UBGA has always been concerned with preserving ethics, respecting current regulations and acting with transparency, that is why it is a certified agent of TRACE (TRACEcertification ID: TC7162-5416), is a member of the Mexican Center for Philanthropy (CEMEFI), DUNS number 812799196 and is an authorized grantee according to folio SAT-SHCP 700-02-05-2017-04163.

Iniciativa ALAS responde a la necesidad de que las organizaciones integrantes cuenten con un mecanismo efectivo, democrático, plural, y propositivo que articule estrategias donde las personas con IDP estén en el centro de las acciones, las decisiones sean tomadas en consenso, la responsabilidad sea compartida y los logros sean resultado del trabajo colectivo. NUESTRO ENFOQUE: Servicios de Salud Integrados:: Servicios de salud gestionados y dispensados de tal manera que las personas reciban servicios de forma coordinada entre los diferentes eslabones y centros del sector de la salud y más allá de él y con arreglo a sus necesidades a lo largo de todo el ciclo vital: promoción de la salud, prevención, diagnóstico, tratamiento y gestión de enfermedades, rehabilitación y atención paliativa. La atención centrada en la persona es más amplia que la atención centrada en el paciente, en la medida en que trasciende la consulta clínica para englobar también la salud de las personas en su propia comunidad y la crucial función que desempeña la población en la configuración de la política sanitaria y los servicios de salud.
