INDUSTRIAL PARK Its 14,000 m2 industrial park, located in the city of São Paulo, is made up of advanced technology machines and equipment, resulting from an aggressive investment policy. RCN has specialized in the manufacture of high precision forged and machined parts in non-ferrous metal alloys, where its main products, aimed at the automotive segment, are synchronizer rings and forks for mechanical gearboxes. The company has a fully vertical structure, allowing its independence and total control of all processes and stages in the manufacture of the product. In its modern laboratories and its own engineering, research, tooling and foundry departments, products are developed and manufactured with excellence and dedication, always aimed at full customer satisfaction in the global automotive industry. OUR PRODUCTS Starting from the fusion of copper, zinc, aluminum and other (non-ferrous) metals, combined with an extremely qualified workforce and high-tech machinery, products of exceptional quality are obtained, guaranteeing total customer satisfaction. The main products manufactured by our company today consist of precision forged parts, such as synchronizer rings and forks for manual transmissions. Due to its vertical structure, RCN is fully capable of manufacturing forged parts with different geometries and chemical compositions. The manufacturing process for a precision forged part requires, above all, excellent technical knowledge, competence and an extremely specialized workmanship. As if that weren't enough, RCN also has state-of-the-art machinery and technology, which allow it to reach the highest technical level in the application of the product. With complex features and a very particular geometry, synchronizer rings and forks are produced under the highest degree of quality control. The engineering department has at its disposal advanced software and tools that guarantee a pre-study of parts and simulations of production processes, with precision and speed. Our physical/chemical laboratory is equipped with modern equipment for metallography, electrolysis and spectrometry analyses, as well as non-destructive hardness and ultrasound tests. In our metrology laboratory, we have state-of-the-art three-dimensional machines, as well as profile designs, devices and gauges, ensuring perfect compliance of measurements and tolerances.
