Transportes Vulkano S.A. Transportes El Aguila and Transportes del Norte SA, companies with more than 20 years of experience, by agreement of the Extraordinary General Shareholders Meetings dated November 16, 1999, approved the Merger Agreement through the constitution of a new company that will absorb the assets of the three companies, under the name of TRANSPORTES LINEA SA and that it was registered in file No. 10813 of the Mercantile Registry - La Libertad Region. This merger allows us to strengthen the company's share capital, as well as consolidate ourselves as the largest Transportation company in the north of the country.
