The ADI was created by a group of businessmen motivated by common goals; organize and consolidate the industry, work closely with the authorities, collaborate with the communities where the investments are carried out in order to seek a better future for Mexican cities. 30 years after its founding, the presence and strength of the ADI make it evident that the real estate sector is one of the most resilient industries and one of the main drivers of growth for the country. Throughout these years, ADI partner projects represent 80% of real estate development in Mexico City and 70% nationwide.
