GENERAL OVERVIEW: Multiterminais, an integrated logistics company, was founded in 1986 and began operating the first Customs Bonded Dockside Terminal of Brazil in an area contiguous to the Port of Rio de Janeiro. At that time, the port was operated by the public port authority, Companhia Docas do Rio de Janeiro (CDRJ).
