Component began its activities in the year of 1960, founded by Rodolfo Korall, aiming as main activity: the manufacture of pocket and table lighters. With the Know How acquired in the manufacture of such products, which were composed of pieces of machined stamped metal and injected plastic parts, Component migrated in the late 60's, for the manufacture of technical parts composed of metal and plastic for use, mainly in the electro-electronic industry, which was in the process of nationalization, accompanying the technological development, which already indicated that the future was in the world of plastics. Component has invested heavily in the plastics sector and has become one of the largest exponents of the segment.Since then, Component has been keeping up to date in terms of processing technology, peripherals, production techniques and lay-out. Its machinery park is one of the most updated, counting on injection machines of last generation, having one of the highest rates of robotization in injection molding machines. Component has a huge contingent of injection peripherals, such as hot runner controllers, thermoset regulators, treadmills, and nitrogen assisted injection.In addition to the industrial park with injectors of 30 tons up to 1100 tons and parts up to 6 kg in weight.
